What changes the price

  • Length: 30-minute sessions cost less than an hour, but not half.
  • Packs: buying 10 or more sessions lowers the price of each one.
  • City and place: private studios downtown and in-home training cost more.
  • Format: sessions for two or a small group cost less per person.

Try before you buy a pack

A pack only pays off if the trainer is the right one. A single session lets you judge their method, attention to technique and fit before you commit.

On FlexDropin you can also find personal training sessions you can book one at a time: you see the price the trainer sets and pay only for the session you take.
