For users

Questions about download, bookings and payments from the app.

FlexDropin is available for free on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Search for "FlexDropin" in your device's store and download the app in seconds.

The FlexDropin app is free to download. There are no subscriptions for users: you only pay for the individual classes you book. Gyms pay a commission on the platform when they receive bookings.

You book the class and pay via Stripe: credit card, debit card or Apple Pay. The booking is confirmed after payment. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Cancellations are not currently available in the app. We are working to implement this feature: in the future you will be able to cancel bookings and, if applicable, receive a refund via Stripe based on the gym's policy.

Our support team is available to help you. You can contact us from the app in the support section, by email at info@flexdropin.com or through our social channels. We respond as quickly as possible.

In the app you can search by name or keywords, use filters (near me, category like Yoga, Functional Training or Powerlifting) and see the nearest gyms thanks to geolocation. Recent searches are saved for quick access.

A drop-in means booking a single class without a subscription: you choose when and where to go, and only pay for that class. Perfect for travelers, those who want to try different gyms, or anyone who prefers flexibility without commitment.

No. FlexDropin doesn't require memberships: you only pay for the classes you book. Some gyms also offer free classes, which you can book without any payment.

If a gym requires a medical certificate, the app notifies you before booking. You can upload the document (PDF or image), enter the expiry date and sign a self-declaration. If it's missing or expired, the app guides you through managing it from your profile.

After starting a paid booking you have about 15 minutes to complete payment (card, Apple Pay, etc.). If you don't pay in time the booking expires and you can book again if spots are still available.

FlexDropin is available in Italian and English. The language follows your device settings or the one you choose in the app.

Yes. If you have notifications enabled, you'll receive a push reminder about an hour before your booked class. You can manage notifications from your profile settings.

Yes. With a single account you can both manage your gym and book classes at other gyms as an athlete. From your profile you can quickly switch between user mode and gym manager mode.

For partners (sports centers)

Questions about activation, commissions and facility management.

Partner activation is free. FlexDropin charges a commission on bookings received through the app. Full details are available in the app and in the partner section of the website.

Just download the app, register, set up your facility and connect your account with Stripe. Activation is self-service: in a few minutes you're online and can create classes and receive bookings.

No. All you need is a smartphone to manage bookings from the dashboard. Users book through the app and you receive everything automatically, including payments.

The user's payment is credited directly to your facility's account (via Stripe Connect). The platform commission is automatically deducted in the same transaction: you receive the net amount.

The sports center invoices the user who used the service. At the end of each month FlexDropin invoices the sports center with the details of the commissions for bookings in that period. Everything traceable for accounting.

Yes, you have full control over prices, available slots and schedules from your partner area. You can change everything at any time.

FlexDropin charges a 15% commission on received bookings. It is automatically deducted in the same Stripe transaction: the net amount arrives in your account. Applicable VAT rules apply to the commission (e.g., reverse charge with valid EU VAT number).

From the gym profile section, access the Stripe Connect onboarding flow: fill in the required details and verify your identity. Once payments are enabled (charges_enabled), you can receive earnings directly in your account. The flow takes place in-app with redirect on flexdropin.com.

Yes. In addition to single classes (one date, one time) you can create recurring series (e.g., every Monday at 9:00). Series instances are automatically generated. You can define repetition rules, start and end dates and edit already created classes.

From the Classes / Management section you can add instructors (name, surname, photo), edit or remove them. Each class can be associated with an instructor. The dashboard also shows the most active instructors.

Yes. If your gym requires a medical certificate, the app checks for every booking that the user has uploaded a valid, non-expired certificate and has signed the self-declaration. Otherwise the user is notified before they can book.

Yes. When a user books a class at your gym you receive a push notification (if notifications are enabled). You can manage this option from the gym profile settings.

The dashboard shows the main statistics: number of classes and bookings (today, week, month), net earnings, occupancy rate, upcoming classes, most booked classes and most active instructors. Data updates when bookings or classes change.
