Do you run a gym or sports centre? Join the FlexDropin network and reach new users looking for flexible drop-in access. Create your classes, receive bookings and get paid directly to your account. Free and self-service activation.

Thousands of people search for gyms, pools, tennis courts, padel and sports centres offering flexible access. As a partner, your venue becomes visible to anyone looking to book a class without a membership — including passing visitors you would never have reached otherwise.
Payments go directly to you and the platform commission is deducted automatically. You invoice the user; at month end you receive our invoice for the commissions only. Everything clear, everything traceable.
If you manage classes or drop-in access, FlexDropin is for you. Especially useful for venues that run group classes.
Not another subscription management tool: a real tool to sell your single classes and spare spots, right from your smartphone — no extra hardware, no software to install.
Classes, bookings, net revenue, occupancy rate and most active instructors: all stats in real time (today, week, month).
Calendar to create, edit and manage classes: single or recurring, with instructor, spots and price.
Full list of bookings received — confirmed or cancelled — with user details and payment status.
Set up a series (e.g. every Monday at 9:00) and the system generates the dates automatically. Define rules, start and end.
Add instructors with name and photo and assign them to classes. The dashboard also shows your most active ones.
App checks for each booking that the user has a valid certificate and signed self-declaration.
Here are the real screens our partners use every day to create classes, track bookings and manage instructors — no membership cards or subscriptions to administer.

Create a single or template-based class in seconds: date, time, spots and price.

See every class in the month at a glance, in a single calendar.

Check who booked and the payment status, class by class.

Add instructors with name, photo and certifications, and assign them to classes.

When a user books and pays, the amount is credited directly to your venue's account via Stripe Connect. The platform commission is deducted automatically in the same transaction: you receive the net amount (price minus commission and Stripe fee). No separate charges, no surprises — you see immediately what you're owed.
The sports venue invoices the user who used the service, as with any service. At month end FlexDropin invoices the venue with the commission details only for the bookings in that period. Compliant and traceable for your accounting.
Any VAT on the commission is subject to applicable tax rules (e.g. reverse charge with a valid EU VAT number).
Download the app, create your account and register your venue with name, categories, address and contact details.
Complete the Stripe onboarding to connect your account and receive booking payments directly.
Create classes, set prices and times: your venue is visible and you can start receiving bookings and payments.

"It's not the usual generic platform: it's designed for people who run group classes. Templates, single or recurring classes, monthly calendar, stats… everything's there without being complicated. Plus, with the same account I can use it as a user when I travel."
"Since joining FlexDropin I've gained several new passing clients I would never have reached otherwise. I really like the ability to create recurring classes: I set everything up once and the system generates the dates. Instructor management is simple too."
