When a user books and pays for a class or session, the payment is credited directly to your facility's account (via Stripe Connect). The platform commission is automatically deducted from that same transaction: the sports center receives the net amount (price minus commission and Stripe fee). No separate charges or surprises: you can see immediately what you're owed.
Billing
The sports center invoices the user who used the service (as with any service provided). At the end of each month, the FlexDropin platform invoices the sports center with details of the commissions relating to bookings received during that period. Everything compliant and traceable for accounting purposes.
