How FlexDropin works for your studio

7 short videos, from signing up to managing your classes. Activation is free: you only pay a commission when a booking comes in.

Step 1

Register your studio

Create your account and add your gym or studio to FlexDropin.

  1. Download FlexDropin and sign up with email, Google or Apple.
  2. Open the confirmation email, tap the link and log in.
  3. On "Become Partner", tap "Start Registration" (you can also find it later in Profile).
  4. Basic Information: studio name, a short description and your address, picked from the suggestions.
  5. Billing details: keep "Use gym name and address for invoicing" and add your tax ID (for US businesses, your EIN).
  6. Select your categories, tap "Save Categories", then "Register Gym".
Step 2

Connect Stripe to get paid

Link your bank account so every booking is paid out to you automatically.

  1. On the Dashboard, tap "Connect Stripe" in the setup checklist, then "Setup Payments".
  2. Complete Stripe's secure onboarding: business details and the bank account for payouts.
  3. Back in the app, check that the status shows "Account verified".
  4. Payouts reach your bank account automatically on the 5th of each month.
Step 3

Add an instructor

Create instructor profiles so customers see who teaches each class.

  1. In Profile, open "Instructor Management" and tap "Add Instructor".
  2. Enter first and last name (a photo is optional).
  3. Write a short bio and add certifications with the + button.
  4. Optional: set the collaboration start date, then tap "Save".
Step 4

Create a single class

Publish one class on a specific date, with your own price and spots.

  1. Tap "Create your first class" on the Dashboard (or + in Lessons) and choose "Single Lesson".
  2. Enter the class name, description and category.
  3. Set date, time and duration, then choose the instructor.
  4. Set available spots, price and a color, then tap "Save Lesson". The class appears in your calendar.
Step 5

Create a recurring class

Set up a weekly schedule once and let the app create every date for you.

  1. Open the Lessons tab, tap + and choose "Recurring Lesson".
  2. Enter name, description and category, then choose Weekly and the days (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri).
  3. Set start time, duration, available spots, price and a color.
  4. Choose the period ("No end date" or "From date to date") and tap "Create Lessons". Every date appears in your calendar.
Step 6

Edit a single class

Change time, price or spots of a class at any time.

  1. In the Lessons tab, pick the day and open the class.
  2. Change the time, spots, price, color or any other detail.
  3. Tap "Save Changes". Customers see the update right away.
  4. To remove the class, tap "Delete Lesson" (only possible if it has no confirmed bookings).
Step 7

Edit a recurring class

Change one date only, or every class from a date onward.

  1. Open any class of the series: the app shows "This lesson is part of a recurring series".
  2. Choose "Edit only this occurrence" to change just that date.
  3. Or choose "Edit from this date on" and pick the start date to update all future classes.
  4. Make your changes and tap "Save Changes".
