FlexDropin is available for free on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Search for "FlexDropin" in your device's store and download the app in seconds.
The FlexDropin app is free to download. There are no subscriptions for users: you only pay for the individual classes you book. Gyms pay a commission on the platform when they receive bookings.
You book the class and pay using your preferred payment method. The booking is confirmed after payment. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Cancellations are not currently available in the app. We are working to implement this feature: in the future you will be able to cancel bookings and, if applicable, receive a refund based on the gym's policy.
